GRANT REQUESTS

Grant Deadline January 31, 2011.
Award letters sent out by March 31, 2011
First allocation, June, 2011
Second allocation, December, 2011

We will accept the most current version of the Common Grant Application (see link below) however please only include the following:
1) Summary Sheet
2) Narrative
3) Financial Budget
4) Current Financial Statement
5) Proof of IRS federal tax exempt status
6) Current Charitable Solicitations Number

Please submit your application in PDF format by email to unitedway@sopris.net. DO NOT MAIL YOUR APPLICATION! When we receive your application we will send you a confirmation email within 24 hours. If you have not received a conformation email within that time please call our office 970-625-8189.

Please remember that only non-profits serving the Garfield County population will be considered.

“Colorado Common Grant Report will be due for all 2009 grant recipients by January 31, 2010. If you are reapplying for grants, you do not need to submit financial attachments with the report if they will be the same as for the grant application. Please click below to access the Grant Report. Please send the completed grant report via email to unitedway@sopris.net. You may send this with your new grant application. Agencies who do not complete the report will not be eligible to reapply.”
